Dash In in Ellicott City, MD is seeking a Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook for our Back of House team in a chef-inspired concept operating 24/7. You will craft meals, uphold safety standards, and ensure prep levels are ready for service while maintaining a clean station and engaging guests.

Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, 1 year of food service experience, and availability for overnights. ServSafe and POS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or willingness to complete company-paid GED program.
• 1 year of food service experience, preference for line cook or prep cook roles.
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years or older.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.
• Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications preferred.
• Familiarity with POS software.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Korean language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness.
• Keep prep station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Manage incoming goods and proper storage.
• Maintain a clean and inviting kitchen appearance.
