Dash In in Ellicott City, MD is hiring Kitchen Team Members for its Back of House. Join a chef-inspired concept operating in a 24/7 retail environment and contribute to high-quality food experiences for guests.

The role focuses on food safety, prep, station organization, equipment operation, and guest interaction. Prior food service, ServSafe certification, and a flexible schedule are preferred; 18+ and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience, preferably line or prep cook roles.
• Ability to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 or older.
• Background check and drug screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness for guests.
• Keep prep station clean, stocked, and organized.

We’re on the lookout for talented Kitchen Team Members to join our Back of House (BOH) team and create extraordinary food experiences for our guests.

Your Culinary Mission:

• Adhere to top-notch food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, ensuring every dish is a delight.
• Monitor and maintain prep levels to ensure everything is fresh and ready for our guests.
• Keep your prep station clean, stocked, and organized, because a tidy kitchen is a happy kitchen.
• Manage incoming goods, ensuring they’re stored properly and ready for culinary creation.
• Maintain our kitchen’s sparkling appearance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Engage with our guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience that keeps them coming back.
• Operate kitchen equipment like a seasoned pro, from deep fryers to slicers.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Certifications: Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS software
• Skills: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to speak and understand Korean is preferred
