Job summary

Quality Cleaning Service of Northwest Ohio is seeking a Lead Floater to support overnight operations across multiple job sites in Wauseon, OH and surrounding counties. This hands-on leadership role involves filling in for call-offs, assisting team members, and ensuring all locations meet cleaning standards.

The Lead Floater will travel between sites, supervise cleaning teams, and maintain high quality in all locations during the 7:00 PM–3:00 AM swing shift.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Floor care experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work at multiple locations during scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at job sites as needed to cover absences or staffing gaps
• Perform general cleaning duties including restrooms, offices, floors, and trash removal
• Maintain high cleaning standards across all assigned locations
• Assist with training new team members
• Conduct basic inspections and ensure quality control
• Communicate with management regarding issues or site needs
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including floor machines when needed
