Qualifications

• Experience leading janitorial teams across multiple sites.
• Ability to manage schedules and inventory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support nightly cleaning operations across multiple client sites
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations
• Train new employees and reinforce cleaning procedures
• Cover shifts or assist teams when needed
• Deliver supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate restocking
• Communicate with management regarding site conditions and equipment needs
• Manage priorities and adjust schedules to complete all work on time
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties (vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal)
• Maintain a professional presence in client environments
