Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an Overnight IRD/Lobby Bar Cook 3 (Temporary, Full-Time) to support in-room dining and lobby bar. This entry-level position focuses on cold items with cross-training for hot items, working in a fast-paced, large team.

Fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States are required. You will maintain a clean workstation, adapt to extended hours, and join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest

The Opportunity

Overnight IRD/Lobby Bar Cook 3 (Temporary, Full-Time)

Who We Look For

We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in for our In-Room Dining and Lobby Bar departments.

Responsibilities

The Cook 3 is our entry-level culinary position. The position will work primarily with cold items, and overall preparation organization. Flexibility in being cross-trained in other outlets and work within the hot station (i.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.) as well. The candidate must be able to maintain a clean and organized workstation. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and able to work and thrive within a large team is a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, show flexibility, and be available when extensive work hours are required.

• At least 1 year of culinary experience

Schedule For This Position

Monday-Friday 10:00pm-6:30am

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
