Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an IPM Spray Technician for the Cultivation department on the 2nd shift (12pm-9pm). The role involves IPM scouting, product application, and supporting multiple cultivation areas to ensure pest control and plant health.

Candidates should pass respirator fit tests, communicate effectively, and work well in a fast-paced team environment. This position is on-site in Florida, with a non-exempt hourly status.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all plants and rooms across the facility.
• Complete spray assignments as directed by management.
• Assess and document plant health, pest issues, and cleanliness for daily reports.
• Take plant samples for pest/health inspection.
• Collaborate with staff to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Research pests and plant health issues to improve methods.
• Work independently to inspect rooms before light cycle switches off.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for weekly meetings.
• Maintain equipment and perform other duties as assigned.
