Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking an Intake Registered Nurse (RN) for an overnight full-time role in Champaign, IL. The position covers Fridays through Sundays, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, supporting intake and admission processes for behavioral health services.

• Licensed RN in Illinois.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for nursing.
• 2–3 years experience in substance abuse/psychiatric treatment settings, including intake/admissions.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephonic and in-person risk assessments to determine level of care.
• Coordinate referral and intake processes with patients, families, and staff.
• Schedule assessments and explain admission processes to patients and referral sources.
• Enter all information accurately into the EMR per protocol.
• Assist with coordination of emergency medical or psychiatric care when needed.
• Refer for alternative levels of care or follow up as required.
