Boston Retail Solutions is seeking Overnight Installers to manage the installation of modular barricades and graphics at sites around Mesa, AZ. You will install barricade panels and hanging store fixtures with precision, report progress, and maintain fleet tools and equipment.

Work involves driving to job sites, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of power tools.
• Experienced in field-based installations.
• Familiarity with common hand tools.
• Physical ability to climb and work on ladders.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• 2+ years of construction or carpentry experience helpful.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Occasional travel within a defined territory and DOT medical certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install modular storefront barricades at various locations within a defined territory.
• Install large format graphics (training provided).
• Maintain company-provided tools and gear.
• Accurately report project information upon completion.
• Drive to/from job sites in BRS fleet vehicles and keep the vehicle clean.
• Maintain order of tools, equipment, and apparel.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain professional conduct on-site and off-site.
