Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions in Mesa, AZ is seeking Overnight Installers to execute finished assemblies of temporary store enclosures and graphics packages. You will install modular barricades, non-electrical signs, and hang store fixtures with care, while maintaining tools and reporting progress.

This safety-sensitive role requires a valid DOT certificate and occasional travel within a defined territory. Overtime availability and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of power tools.
• Experienced in field-based installations
• Familiarity with common hand tools
• Physical ability to climb and work on ladders.
• Knowledge of scissor lift and man lifts preferable
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record is necessary.
• 2+ years of construction or carpentry related experience is helpful.
• Availability to work overtime as needed
• Occasional travel within a defined territory
• This position requires you to operate a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 26,000 lbs. and is subject to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. As such, you will be required to successfully complete and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Physical). Employment in this role is contingent upon meeting these physical and medical standards; failure to obtain and maintain a valid DOT certification will result in immediate separation from employment with Boston Retail Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Installation of modular storefront construction barricades at various locations throughout a defined territory
• Installation of large format graphics (training provided)
• Maintain company provided tools
• Accurately report project information at time of completion
• Drives to and from job sites in BRS fleet vehicles while maintaining a clean and organized truck
• Responsible for maintaining a good working order for all BRS provided tools, equipment and apparel
• Follows appropriate safety guidelines and wear personal protection equipment as needed per jobsite requirements
• Ensures on-site, off-site behavior is professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners
