Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions in Newark, DE is seeking an Overnight Installer to assemble and install modular barricades, graphics, and fixtures with precision, serving customers with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of power tools.
• Experienced in field-based installations.
• Familiarity with common hand tools.
• Physical ability to climb and work on ladders.
• Knowledge of scissor lift and man lifts preferable.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• 2+ years of construction or carpentry related experience is helpful.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Occasional travel within a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Installation of modular storefront construction barricades at various locations throughout a defined territory.
• Installation of large format graphics (training provided).
• Maintain company provided tools.
• Accurately report project information at time of completion.
• Drives to and from job sites in BRS fleet vehicles while maintaining a clean and organized truck.
• Responsible for maintaining a good working order for all BRS provided tools, equipment and apparel.
• Follows appropriate safety guidelines and wear personal protection equipment as needed per jobsite requirements.
• Ensures on-site, off-site behavior is professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners.

Role

Overnight Installers at our Newark, DE location are accountable for the execution of a finished assembly of temporary store construction enclosures and graphics packages. This role is responsible for installation of modular construction barricades panels, non-electrical retail signs, and hanging store fixtures or graphics with precision and care, ensuring that Boston Retail Solutions customers receive a high level of quality, service, and professionalism.

Vehicle and Regulatory Requirements

This position requires you to operate a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 26,000 lbs. and is subject to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. As such, you will be required to successfully complete and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Physical). Employment in this role is contingent upon meeting these physical and medical standards; failure to obtain and maintain a valid DOT certification will result in immediate separation from employment with Boston Retail Solutions.
