Qualifications

• Experience with liquid coatings.
• Surface preparation including cleaning, masking, sanding or grinding.
• Ability to mix and apply paints and coatings.
• Proven attention to detail and quality work.
• Ability to follow customer specs and processes.
• Comfort with hand tools, pneumatic equipment and spray guns.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; fork truck certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to meet specs.
• Mix paints, hardeners and thinners; apply coatings with spray equipment.
• Perform touch-ups and package finished parts for shipment.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and safe.
