Job summary

Tyson Foods Madison Plant seeks a Maintenance Generalist for B & C shift overnights to keep production lines running and repair equipment. The job requires hands-on maintenance of hydraulics, electrical, plumbing, conveyors, welding and control systems, with overtime potential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires and rehires.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of industrial maintenance experience, the ability to read manuals, climb ladders, work in -30 to +90 degree environments, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to climb ladders and work in various facility environments.
• Must read manuals and communicate effectively with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Keep machinery running to maintain continuous production.
• Repair and maintain operating conditions of industrial equipment.
• Set up, adjust and break down production line machinery.
• Complete daily documentation.
• Occasional lifting up to 61 lbs.
