Job summary

Target in Granger, IN is hiring an Inbound Expert to deliver friendly guest service and keep GM areas stocked and accurately signed. You will greet guests, help them find what they need, and support teammates across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 18+, strong communication with handheld scanners, and the ability to handle up to 44 pounds. Training is provided; flexible hours and opportunities to grow are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and maintain GM shelf availability.
• Operate safety/compliance protocols and follow store policies.
