Job summary

Target in Oak Creek, WI is hiring an inbound expert to support the General Merchandise team. You will sort, stock, and ensure product availability while assisting guests and operating scanners and handheld devices.

This role requires at least 18 years old, a welcoming attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak times. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and handheld technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on GM categories and assist guests as needed.
• Operate equipment during unloading of freight and ensure safety standards are met.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pickup while complying with laws.
