Job summary

Target in Salem, NH is hiring an Overnight Inbound (Stocking) Expert to support product flow and shelf readiness. You will stock, organize, and move merchandise, while helping guests and teammates to maintain a fast, friendly shopping environment.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour with a potential $1 shift differential in eligible overnight hours; applicants should be 18+, able to use handheld scanners, lift up to 44 pounds, and work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the salesfloor.
• Maintain product availability on GM categories.
• Assist guests and support back-up cashier or order pickup duties as needed.
• Operate safely and follow safety policies during overnight stocking tasks.
• Support team efforts and adapt to changing business needs.
