Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of luxury hotel room service experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach. This role supports a fast-paced team and requires flexibility on scheduling.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years in room service in a luxury hotel setting preferred.
• Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards.
• Ability to lift and carry food trays up to 30 pounds and push up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities promptly and accurately to guest rooms.
• Set up trays, carts, or in-room dining tables with precision and care.
• Greet guests warmly, explain orders, and respond to questions professionally.
