Happy to Help Caregiving - Eastern Cleveland is seeking overnight, part-time, in-home caregivers for clients in Willoughby, Ohio. You will provide non-medical support to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent during the night.

Shifts vary by client and will be confirmed by the office prior to placement. Applicants should have overnight availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Overnight availability is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Calm, respectful, and professional communication.
• Comfort assisting with personal care and mobility support.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight companionship, supervision, and safety support.
• Assist with personal care, toileting, dressing, grooming, and hygiene as directed by the care plan.
• Support safe mobility, repositioning, and transfers.
• Prepare light meals or snacks when needed.
• Provide medication reminders only as authorized in the care plan.
• Complete light housekeeping related to the client’s immediate needs.
• Document shift activity accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to the office.
• Respect each client’s privacy, routines, preferences, and independence.
