Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement through conversation and activities.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Prepare meals and snacks per dietary needs and care plan.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders as per care plan (no handling of medications).
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers using mobility aids as needed.
• Provide transportation assistance for appointments and errands.
• Offer respite support to family caregivers while ensuring continuity of care.
• Document shift activity and communicate changes to the office.
