Responsibilities

• Prepare light meals or snacks when needed.
• Provide medication reminders only as authorized in the care plan.
• Complete light housekeeping related to the client's immediate needs.
• Document shift activity accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to the office.
• Respect each client's privacy, routines, preferences, and independence.
