Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking Overnight Parking Valet Attendants for a luxury hotel in Boston, MA. You must have a valid driver’s license for 2+ years and be able to drive a manual transmission.

This full-time role runs 11:00 PM–7:30 AM with weekend availability and offers a pay rate of $22.00 per hour plus cash tips. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, explain rates, and follow safety guidelines while providing courteous, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of driver's license experience.
• Prior valet experience required.
• Ability to drive manual (stick) transmissions.
• Must be available weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and vehicle retrieval instructions.
• Inspect vehicles before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain uniform appearance and provide excellent guest service.
• Work outdoors, stand/walk; may lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform any other duties as needed by management.

Full-Time Shift 1100 PM - 730 AM; Flexible - MUST have weekend availability!

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for*

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Must haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
