Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking a Supervisor - Hotel Valet at a luxury hotel in Boston, MA. The role includes leading shuttle drivers and valets, managing schedules, and maintaining strong client relations to deliver outstanding service.

The supervisor will handle customer issues, payroll reports, and ensure service quality and policy compliance in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Ability to drive manual/stick-shift cars.
• Prior hotel/hospitality experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to meet job expectations.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure coverage and minimize expenses.
• Develop and maintain client relations and attend client meetings.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet goals.
• Review audits to ensure revenue-control integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• Complete required reports.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Luxury Hotel in Boston, MA

Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License, the ability to drive manual/stick-shift cars & prior hotel experience

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• You can drive stick-shift/manual cars.
• You have prior hotel hospitality experience.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
• You are a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
• Your friends describe you as trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
• You are self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.
