Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking an On-Call Valet Attendant at our Boston location. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, and explaining rates. You will be expected to stay active outdoors and assist with light tasks as needed.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license with at least two years of driving experience and be able to drive a manual transmission. This position offers on-call hours with hourly pay plus cash tips.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Energetic and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them on exit.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and how to retrieve self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before possession and follow guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform and provide friendly service.
• Remain active, standing and walking; lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned.

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for on-call opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
