Qualifications

- Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
- Driver’s license required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and policies.
- Respond calmly to incidents and medical situations, and communicate with leadership.
- Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel and resort areas to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or policy violations.
- Prepare clear reports of incidents and activities for site leadership.
