Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure safety and protect assets.
• Answer house calls, assist guests and employees with safety and operations.
• Initiate and follow up all investigations of crimes against hotel and persons.
• Assist sick or injured guests or employees, ensuring documentation.
• Initiate investigations, write incident/accident reports, monitor investigations, follow up.
• Maintain records including camera monitoring, shift activity log, codebook, binder interaction.
• Assist supervisor in checking alarm systems and safety/fire department systems, monitor security.
