Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to assure safety of guests and employees and protect hotel assets.
• Initiate and follow up on investigations of crimes against hotel and persons.
• Assist ill or injured guests or employees and document reports.
• Prepare incident and accident reports, monitor investigations, and coordinate follow up with guests and staff.
• Maintain records such as camera logs, shift activity, and binder interactions.
• Assist supervisors in checking alarms, safety and fire systems, and monitor building access.
