Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring an Overnight Loss Prevention Officer to secure hotel premises, monitor surveillance, patrol property, and act as a back-up shuttle van driver on Saturdays and Sundays.

The role focuses on safety for guests and associates, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and ensuring access control with a calm, customer-service oriented approach. Starting rate is $17.50 per hour for the 11pm–7am shift.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and to protect hotel assets.
• Initiate and follow up investigations of crimes against hotel and persons.
• Assist sick or injured guests or employees, ensuring documentation and disposition of reports.
• Initiate investigations, write incident reports/accident reports, monitor investigations to their timely conclusion and ensure appropriate follow up with guests, visitors and employees.
• Maintain accurate records including camera monitoring, shift activity log, codebook and binder interaction.
• Assist supervisor in checking alarm systems and safety and fire department systems, monitoring security of building doors and service areas.
