Tharaldson Hospitality Management is hiring a Night Auditor for the Roseville TownePlace Suites by Marriott. This overnight position supports guest services, maintains cash handling, and prepares daily reports to ensure a smooth transition to the next day.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Prior night audit or hotel experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a nationwide

Qualifications

• 6 months–1+ year Night Audit experience preferred.
• Desire to work overnight shifts.
• Friendly, positive attitude and desire to help others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm handling guest concerns.
• Ability to handle confidential guest information with integrity.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Maintain accurate cash, checks and credit transactions records.
• Protect guest information with high integrity.
• Verify room charges and starting cash.
• Manage daily paperwork: occupancy report, guest list, cash drawer, balance sheet, etc.
• Submit reports to corporate as required.
• Block rooms and handle guest requests.
• Conduct security walks regularly and understand emergency procedures.
• Prepare continental breakfast on time and restock items as needed.
• Perform guest service duties and laundry as directed.
• May make management decisions in the manager’s absence.
• All other duties as assigned.
