Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality in Nashville is seeking a Night Auditor to balance transactions, greet guests during the overnight shift, and keep the front desk running smoothly while the world sleeps.

You'll produce daily reports, coordinate with other departments, and maintain security during hours when the property is quiet. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least one year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins and reservations.
• Balance cash drawers and finalize daily transactions; ensure accuracy of records.
• Conduct regular security walks to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports including the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations during night hours.
