Tarian Group is seeking Healthcare Security Officers to join our team delivering safety and security services for hospital environments. This full-time overnight position offers a base rate of $20/hour with potential differential on post shifts, and opportunities to grow within a diverse, mission-driven company.

Responsibilities include access control, camera monitoring, and patient safety support, with training provided. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Immunization records include MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hep B, TB, Covid and Flu where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain hospital security and safety for staff, patients and visitors.
• Perform access control, camera monitoring and patrols.
• Assist nursing staff with patient safety and behavior management, including restraints when necessary.
• Document and report patient behaviors and incidents to Nursing Team.
