Qualifications

• Valid LPN license and IV certification required.
• Florida background check HB531 mandatory.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or overnight nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate overnight hospice and end-of-life nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition through the night.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Support patient comfort, pain management, and emotional well-being.
• Assist families and caregivers with overnight support and reassurance.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing notes.
