Job summary

Trove Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate Overnight Caregivers to support clients in Charlottesville and surrounding communities. This role focuses on overnight shifts, providing attentive, one-on-one care in clients' homes through the night.

Qualifications include a valid CNA/PCA/HHA credential or Trove's caregiver training, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour based on certification, experience, and assignment.

Qualifications

• Have a valid CNA, PCA, or HHA credential, or meet Trove Home Care's caregiver training requirements.
• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Be able to successfully complete required background and driving record checks.
• Be able to safely lift at least 35 lbs.
• Be dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in a client's home.
• Have reliable availability for overnight assignments.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention support.
• Overnight safety monitoring and supervision.
• Medication reminders.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Companionship and reassurance.
• Morning and evening routines.
• Following individualized care plans and documenting care provided.
• Communicating changes or concerns to the Trove care team.
