Job summary

Trove Home Care in Williamsburg, VA seeks an In-Home Daytime Caregiver (CNA, PCA, or HHA) to assist clients in their homes with daily activities. You’ll provide companionship and non-medical personal care, following care plans and documenting progress.

Requirements include CNA/PCA/HHA certification preferred, at least 6 months of caregiving experience, active driver's license with valid auto insurance, and the ability to pass background and reference checks.

What You'll Do

Each Trove caregiver provides help with companion activities that may be required in a client’s home, including:

• Transportation
• Medication reminders
• Meal prep and cooking
• Light homemaking/cleaning

If you're a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with adequate training, you can provide “personal care” services, including:

• Dressing/Grooming/Personal Hygiene
• Feeding
• Ambulation
• Bathing
• Transferring
• Toileting/Incontinence

What We're Looking For

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and the Trove Care team
• Must have an active driver’s license and valid car insurance
• Ability to follow care plans and document client progress accurately
• Must pass a background check and reference screening

Salary Information

$18 - $25Hourly Wage
