Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA/PCA/HHA certification preferred
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Strong communication with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain documentation

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities such as mobility, grooming, dressing, feeding, and bathing
• Providing medication reminders and monitoring
• Driving clients to appointments or errands
• Preparing meals and assisting with cooking
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Hands-on personal care as needed (dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting)
