Trove Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to support seniors and adults in Charlottesville and surrounding areas. Training is available for those not yet certified, with a 40-hour PCA program offered virtually.

Roles include transporting clients, reminders for medications, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care. Competitive $18–$21/hour pay, flexible shifts, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients, families, and team
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain documentation
• Background check and MVR screening required

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to appointments and errands
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide feeding assistance
• Support mobility and ambulation
• Assist with bathing
• Perform transfers between bed and chair
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
