You will ensure high-quality slide production, adhere to regulatory standards, and provide hands-on leadership, training, and operational oversight in a high-volume laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• HTL(ASCP) or HT(ASCP) certification.
• 5+ years of histology experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Solid leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee embedding, microtomy, staining, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure high-quality slide production and regulatory compliance.
