Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of histology laboratory experience.
• Embedding and microtomy competency.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to meet turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality tissue sections for diagnostic evaluation by Pathologists.
• Perform embedding, microtomy, staining, cover slipping, and case management of daily slides.
• Execute routine and advanced histology techniques including special stains and IHC as directed.
• Support laboratory workflow, quality, and efficiency.
