Job summary

Eurest, a part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a full-time Cook for Samsung in Taylor, TX. The position requires overnight availability, weekends, and some holidays, with a pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

You will prepare food per standardized recipes, assist in production planning, and ensure HACCP compliance in a high-volume corporate dining environment. A Food Handler's Card is required, and prior large-scale cooking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have professional cooking experience, including large-scale production.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• A Food Handler's Card is required.
• Previous experience in a corporate dining setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting standards, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
• Keeps kitchen clean and maintains records and safety procedures.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety guidelines.
