Job summary

WW Clyde in Arizona is seeking a Heavy Haul Equipment Transport Driver to move oversized equipment across the valley and between construction sites. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, securing loads, maintaining logs, and coordinating with dispatch on routes and permits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples, Hazmat, and Tanker endorsements or the ability to obtain endorsements is required.
• Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate is required.
• Basic knowledge of oversized/overweight hauling rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operates, loads, and unloads oversized/overweight equipment with proper securing.
• Read and review route permits and safety provisions.
• Prepare and stow equipment before/after trips (chains, straps, blocks, gears).
• Comply with all DOT/state/local laws and weight limits.
• Take photos of equipment damage and report immediately.
• Ensure manifest accuracy for items transported.
• Perform general maintenance on mobile equipment as directed.
• Possess trailer experience and basic maintenance skills.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
