Job summary

W.W. Clyde & Co. is seeking a Heavy Haul Equipment Transport Driver to safely move heavy construction equipment to and from job sites across the Intermountain West.

Load, secure, and transport heavy equipment; maintain CDL with required endorsements and DOT medical card; comply with DOT regulations; be prepared for occasional overnight travel. This Local 222 Teamsters position requires union membership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL with Doubles, Triples, HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Understanding of DOT safety requirements and regulations.
• Experience operating heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours as needed.
• Ability and willingness to join Local 222 Teamsters Union.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, measure, and transport heavy equipment to and from job sites.
• Transport broken or inoperable equipment to repair shops as needed.
• Maintain a valid CDL with required endorsements and DOT medical card.
• Know and comply with all DOT regulations, including load height/width limits.
• Maintain an insurable driving record and a safe work environment.
• Be prepared for occasional overnight stays with travel.
