Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Wilmington, NC to monitor and safeguard clients in a healthcare setting, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a visible presence. You will help deter security issues and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors and staff.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will conduct regular patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and complete reports using our platform.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories per laws.
• Background screen and drug test may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
