Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Allied Universal considers applicants with criminal histories per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by performing security-related procedures and following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports and logs while maintaining a professional presence.
