Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of the recuperative care facility; perform daily facility and equipment inspections and constant room checks.
• Guest intake: greet guests and orient to program guidelines; develop rapport and solicit feedback.
• Lead or implement engagement activities with guests; attend to guest requests and concerns.
• Assist nursing, social services and partners with on-site appointments and check-ins.
• Maintain bed availability records and documentation; assist with supplies inventory.
