Job summary

National Health Foundation is seeking a Guest Services Associate for the overnight shift in Arleta, CA. The role supports recuperative care with a strong emphasis on safety, guest intake, and engagement, working Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Typical duties include coordinating with nursing and social services, maintaining logs, and ensuring bed availability while providing excellent customer service and de-escalation when needed. BLS is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in healthcare or recuperative care environment.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of recuperative care facility.
• Conduct daily facility and equipment inspections.
• Conduct constant room checks throughout the day.
• Perform guest intake responsibilities with detailed orientation of program guidelines.
• Develop rapport with guests and garner guest feedback.
• Create, lead, and/or implement engagement activities with guests.
• Attend to guests' requests and assist with appointments on-site.
• Maintain accurate record keeping including shift notes and incident reports.
• Follow NHF policies and procedures.
