Job summary

Towne Park in California is hiring a courteous Cashier to join our hospitality team. The Cashier is responsible for collecting and reconciling revenue while delivering warm, attentive service to every guest.

You will handle cash, credit and direct billing, operate registers and card machines, process payments, and prepare shift reports. Overnight and weekend availability is required; benefits include a 401k and insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greet guests and address them by name when appropriate.
• Process payments and reconcile revenue; issue receipts.
• Complete shift reports and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Operate registers, gates and credit card machines.
• Complete tasks as directed by Lead Cashier/Account Manager.
• Provide information about outlets, meeting rooms and area attractions.
