Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a friendly and accurate Cashier to collect and reconcile revenue while delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests. You will greet guests, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read and write standard English. Weekly schedule includes Monday through Sunday with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including currency calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests, coworkers and clients.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries about facilities and local attractions.
• Determine guest charges and process payments via cash, credit, or direct billing; issue receipts.
• Complete shift reports and manage cash banks per standard operating procedures.
• Operate registers, gates, and credit card machines; follow instruction from Lead Cashier/Account Manager.
