Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Work Experience: 1–3 months related experience or training; OR equivalent.
• Knowledge: Basic Math.
• Skills: Read and write standard English; understand simple instructions and memos; present information clearly.
• Ability to use numbers and money in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Process payments via cash, credit, or direct billing with accuracy.
• Assist guests with directions and information about facilities and local attractions.
• Complete shift reports and follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate registers and card machines; understand daily events and rates.
