Qualifications

• Night auditor experience or strong front desk background preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and speak English clearly.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Monday and Tuesday night availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documents.
• Audit and balance room revenue, F&B revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Serve as hotel system liaison during overnight hours.
• Assist with reservations and answering hotel phone calls.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional overnight environment.
