Job summary

Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay is seeking an Overnight Guest & Family Experience Associate to provide a safe, welcoming environment for families during medical crises. The role supports housekeeping, guest registration, and compassionate service during overnight hours.

The ideal candidate has customer-service strengths, emotional maturity, and the ability to work 10:00 PM–8:00 AM 2-3 nights per week. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and CPR/annual fire alarm trainings are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must meet healthcare requirements of partner hospital, complete biannual CPR training and annual fire alarm training.
• Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional overnight guest service with a compassionate, family-centered approach.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, following established protocols.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning shared spaces and restocking supplies.
• Ensure accurate guest registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
• Learn and use database systems to track guest information (training provided).
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
• Commit to overnight hours reliably and adapt to overnight schedules.
