This full-time, 40-hour/week position involves housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, dusting, changing, and laundering linen. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, experience in customer service, and be punctual, efficient, and eager to learn. Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay (RMH-TB) has been working to improve the health and well-being of children and their families since 1980. Our primary program, the Ronald McDonald House, provides a place to stay for families that have children receiving medical treatment at Tampa Bay hospitals and outpatient centers. RMH-TB operates 5 Ronald McDonald Houses in Tampa Bay, 3 located in St. Petersburg and 2 located in Tampa.

Schedule: Generally a set schedule based on house needs. May require 1 or 2 weekend days. We value work-life balance and thus do not have weekly changing schedules for our housekeeping team at RMH.
The full-time Housekeeping Associate maintains a clean, comfortable, and orderly home environment while assisting guests with daily needs. Responsibilities include keeping self-serve meal areas stocked and tidy. This role is part of the house operations team and reports to the East House Family Experience Manager, with daily supervision from the Housekeeping Manager. All housekeeping tasks prioritize a compassionate, welcoming, and safe space for families undergoing pediatric treatment.
Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs and in-service quarterly team meetings.
