Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts seeks a friendly houseperson to maintain public areas and assist guests, ensuring a memorable stay. You will help keep hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies spotless and respond promptly to guest requests.

Responsibilities include delivering items to rooms, restocking supplies, and supporting housekeeping managers with special projects as needed. Prior housekeeping or houseperson experience and a strong customer service mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous houseperson or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service mindset and reliability.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assure a clean environment in guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and other areas.
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly.
• Deliver requested supplies to guest rooms (e.g., rollaway beds, cribs, blankets).
• Begin each shift by visiting assigned floors and collecting trash and soiled items as directed.
• Restock linen supply on each floor by transporting clean linen to storage facilities.
